This is one of two Australian native plants in a series of Norfolk Island stamps.

Plant: Cyathea brownii

Family: CYATHACEAE

Common-name: Norfolk Tree Fern

The indigenous Norfolk Tree Fern, Cyathea brownii, is the tallest tree fern in the world. Hundred Acres Reserve protects part of the island's coastal forest, including examples of this remarkable plant.
