Shrub or small tree to 10m.
Flowers Jan-June.
Occurs in coastal Qld, NSW, Vic, Tas.

 

The stamp set was issued to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Endeavour's voyage under the command of James Cook, with botanists Joseph Banks and Daniel Solander on board. The two botanists are depicted beneath the drawing of the Banksia flower.
