Barrett, Sarah R. (fl. 1980s - 2020s)
Sarah was a physiotherapist before migrating to Australia and embarking on a new career, eventually doing a PhD at Murdock University in 2001, titled:
'Phytotoxic effects of phosphite in native plant communities on the south coast of Western Australia'
Sarah has worked for the Department of Parks and Wildlife, Albany, on the south coast of Western Australia since 1994 when she undertook a biological survey of mountains of the south coast region.
Since then she has been involved in threatened flora and threatened ecological community conservation, Phytophthora dieback management, fire ecology and vegetation survey.
Her PhD at Murdoch University investigated the use of the fungicide phosphite to protect native plant communities from Phytophthora dieback.
