Partial Closure of the Gardens during Total Fire Ban days

The Australian National Botanic Gardens will be partially closed to the public on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 January 2003, to minimize public risk during Total Fire Ban days and fire emergencies in the Australian Capital Territory.

The lower section of the Gardens will remain open to the public, comprising Hudsons Café, the Gardens Bookshop, the Visitor Centre and the carpark.

Opening hours on 20 and 21 January will be limited between 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
