Cancellation policy:
A $60 administration fee applies if a participant cancels their conference registration before 14 October. No refund will be given after this date however a replacement will be accepted.
In the unlikely event of a field trip being cancelled due to insufficient numbers participants will be offered an alternative or given a full refund of the field trip fee.
Inclusions:
- Conference fees include welcome reception, lunch and morning/afternoon tea but not the conference dinner or accomodation. Go to accomodation for suggestions on places to stay.
- One day field trip fees include lunch, morning/afternoon teas and transport.
- Two day field trip fees include lunch, morning/afternoon teas, transport, accomodation with breakfast and entry into the National Park. Dinner is not included
